Our 2020 vision for a healthIER wealthIER Rossendale

Hi Patricia
I would suggest planting things like carrots, onions, chard, pak choi, kohl rabi at the moment. They are simple enough to grow.
The ethos is IER is that we encourage people to grow their own and therefore in healthy eating. I don't think we have any 'experts' as such!
We are a volunteer group, some knowing more than others (I know very little about growing but am slowly learning!).
A great site for first time growing is www.onepotpledge.org - I've learnt quite a bit from there.
I'm sure if you offer up some specific questions to the Forum someone will be able to help in one way or another.
The most important thing is that we do SOMETHING! Every little bit helps!
Be INCREDIBLE!
