I've been hearing lots of people talking about their cravings for hearty winter food, but mostly buying it ready made, so I thought now's a good time to share some recipes.

We have received great news that The Woodland Trust have awarded us a Wild Harvest pack contaning around 420 saplings for us to plant.

In the company of around 350 people at Ewood Park last night we found that we have been shortlisted for three awards at the Lancashire Business Environment Awards 2013.
We were incredibly honoured (and slightly surprised!) to be given the prize for Social Enterprise Award For Environmental Achievements!

The Sun was shining on Sunday for our first annual Incredible Edible Harvest Celebration, and, people came out in their hundreds to have a look at some of our local businesses.
The newly opened cafe at The Whitaker at Rossendale Museum was busy all day, and, the 'market' had a constant stream of people with several stalls selling-out!
