Wonderful sunshine and volunteers turned out on the Park today.
Apple trees planted by Civic Pride and a beautiful Buddlea for our butterfly friends. Park Rd Beds are starting to look so much better, amazing how adding colour, mix with a bit of sunshine and everyone seems to smile more and take time to say Hello.
We definately know people are noticing and appreciating the difference when passed an envelope with a simple Thankyou on from a passerby with a gift…Continue

A HUGE thank you for Limelight Signs of Bacup - http://www.limelightsigns.co.uk/ - who have supplied us with some brilliant signs for our projects, including a sign to mark the opening of the Whitaker Park gardens by Christine Walkden.
They also supplied the banner which was used at the Rawtenstall Fair yesterday!
