Incredible Edible Rossendale

Our 2020 vision for a healthIER wealthIER Rossendale

Well we now have loads of peas and our tomatoes are nearly all flowering apart from a couple that I accidently over fed and killed!!!  I've just pricked out our Baby Beetroots and Lollo Rosso (I'm planning on donating some to Whitaker Park as we have loads), next to be potted on are carrots, I don't like them except for in my homemade spicy lentil soup, but Sarah likes them.   Our first dwarf french beans have appeared but it's really hard to get a good photo at the moment as they are really tiny!  I have added a couple of photos to my album and I can't wait to photos of our tomatoes when they start to appear and if anyone has any good recipes I'd love to hear as we do have lots and I'm hoping that they all will produce good crops.
